SWELLBEING takes a holistic approach to wellness and empowers young individuals with practical tools that can be seamlessly integrated into their daily lives, enabling them to thrive both mentally and physically.
Through connection to nature and education on wellbeing tools such as breath-work and cold water immersion, and providing participants with a hands-on opportunity to apply and develop their understanding of these tools all under the direct supervision of fully qualified instructors; we inspire participants to lean into challenges and enable them to break through barriers in order to nurture growth and transformation.
Our breath work sessions and cold water immersion will help teach mindfulness, awareness, stress management and concentration practices that are proven to support emotional health and overall wellbeing.
Our goal during our time together is to see participants learning, pushing themselves, having fun and connecting in an encouraging environment with amazing instruction and support from our mentors.
We believe that the experience of attending our SWELLBEING program will spark a life long passion for mental and physical wellbeing and act as a reminder that they are capable of anything.
Our programs help foster a sense of community among participants, encourage the sharing of experiences, opening up while supporting each other to creating a positive and inclusive connection.
Participants are encouraged to disconnect from their devices during our time together to fully engage in the experience and foster a deeper connection with nature, themselves and their peers.

“Woolooware High School’s Year 10 PASS elective classes have attended a surfing camp with the legends from CSA for the previous 3 years and we ABSOLUTELY love it!! We get 3 days of surfing, activities, coaching and FUN! The camp supplements work undertaken by our students at school. The coaches are brilliant – they surf with us, help the beginners and give tonnes of tips to our more experienced surfers. They are always heaps of fun, getting involved with other activities in the down time. A highlight is Blakey’s ice baths! And his breath technique sessions. Another highlight is the EPIC food – we always leave camp talking about how good it is! CSA are easy to co-ordinate with and flexible with requests. We love attending the surf trip! Highly recommend this to other schools”
“Finding a weekend for myself seemed a near impossibility. Working 55hrs+ weeks, balancing 4 children and even with an understanding wife it’s so easy to find excuses for not putting time aside for yourself. Finally a window opened up and I decided to commit. Blake and Lauren certainly know how to lay it on. I knew with Blake’s involvement there was going to be plenty of action and he didn’t disappoint. We surfed, we did breathe work including wipeout simulations in the pool, we did ice baths, we ran barefoot through the bush, we jumped off rocks into the ocean, we hiked one epic morning and we shared stories which resulted in raucous laughter and a few tears. Lauren kept us extremely well fed (food was unbelievable)so we were always energised and ready for the next adventure. I learnt a lot over the weekend but the big takeaway was that it’s important to make the effort to take time out of your busy life and just do something for yourself. These retreats are an awesome place to kick start the process.”
