SWELLBEING

SWELLBEING takes a holistic approach to wellness and empowers young individuals with practical tools that can be seamlessly integrated into their daily lives, enabling them to thrive both mentally and physically.

Through connection to nature and education on wellbeing tools such as breath-work and cold water immersion, and providing participants with a hands-on opportunity to apply and develop their understanding of these tools all under the direct supervision of fully qualified instructors; we inspire participants to lean into challenges and enable them to break through barriers in order to nurture growth and transformation.

BREATH & ICE

Our breath work sessions and cold water immersion will help teach mindfulness, awareness, stress management and concentration practices that are proven to support emotional health and overall wellbeing.

Our goal during our time together is to see participants learning, pushing themselves, having fun and connecting in an encouraging environment with amazing instruction and support from our mentors.

We believe that the experience of attending our SWELLBEING program will spark a life long passion for mental and physical wellbeing and act as a reminder that they are capable of anything.

COMMUNITY & CONNECTION

Our programs help foster a sense of community among participants, encourage the sharing of experiences, opening up while supporting each other to creating a positive and inclusive connection.

Participants are encouraged to disconnect from their devices during our time together to fully engage in the experience and foster a deeper connection with nature, themselves and their peers.
