The ultimate surf, wellness and nature retreat with Blakey Johnston.

Join Blake for an action packed few days designed to recharge and inspire. This retreat combines surf sessions with powerful wellbeing practices including breathwork, cold-water immersion, mindful movement, connection with nature, nutrition, and gratitude.
Blake leads by example, inspiring others to step out of their comfort zone, embrace challenge, and grow through real, practical tools for everyday life.
The aim of this retreat is for participants to elevate their surfing and mindset both in and out of the water.
Our SWELLBEING retreat is tailored to suit participants aged 12 – 16 yrs, from beginners through to advanced surfers.
Daily Activities
- Filmed Surf Sessions
- Nature walks/hikes
- Guided breath work sessions to help manage stress, improve focus, and promote relaxation and better sleep.
- Cold Water Immersion to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, enhance immune function and alertness, and reduce stress and mood fluctuation.
- Connection through conversation – encouraging all participants to share their experiences and challenges for growth
Technology Detox
We will encourage you to disconnect from your devices during the retreat to fully engage in the experience and foster a deeper connection with nature and yourselves. No phones, laptops or ipads are to be brought on camp.
Community and Connection
Fostering a sense of community among participants, encouraging the sharing of experiences, supporting each other, and creating a positive and inclusive connection.
